Melanie Baringer, Hologram Salon's owner and Master Stylist, has made a big name for herself in the beauty industry via hard work, kindness, an intoxicatingly fun attitude, and an absolute dedication to her craft. She is the one in charge and manages to have a full clientele on top of ownership duties. Education is at the center of Melanie’s heart with her lead role as Head of Education at Hologram, where she ensures that each and every stylist is excelling at their craft by constantly seeking further education about hair care, new products, clean beauty and more.
With an amazing eye for every strand of hair, Melanie has a down to earth approach, whether she is working in the salon or styling for a show. When she isn't at the salon, Melanie is playing with her two rescue dogs, reading a good murder mystery or spending time with her solid group of friends.

Maggie started at Hologram as an assistant while pursuing a fashion merchandising degree at UGA. Her love of the hair industry took over, and she earned her license by apprenticing for 2 years under owner Melanie Baringer. Maggie’s fresh and unique approach to hair styling has earned her a loyal and diverse client base. Her inspiring journey is a testament to her love for creating beautiful transformations. Maggie has one child- a cat named Daphne. She is an endless book of weird facts, and her charm wins over everyone. Maggie specializes in both extension and blonding services, with an emphasis in babylights, and prides herself on her consultation and communication skills. With her exceptional skills and attention to detail, Maggie can create a hair transformation that will leave you looking and feeling your best. Outside of the salon, Maggie is an avid lover of facts and trivia and her beautiful cat, Daphne.

Graduating at the top of her class in December 2022 with her Master Cosmetologist license, Lexi loves all things hair and is known for listening to her clients and making everyone feel comfortable. She specializes in highlighting and balayage.
Being a blonde herself, she loves lightening hair anywhere to a lived in blonde to a blonde bombshell. Styling is also another specialty of hers. Seeing them leave with a sleek blowout and a smile makes my day!

Her areas of specialization lie in creating stunning blonde hairstyles. dimensional color, and meticulously crafted textured, tousled cuts. She is certified in a variety of extension methods through Bellami Professional and has a passion for hair transformations.

Lillie is Hologram’s talented apprentice and now New Talent Stylist. Lillie apprenticed under Owner Melanie Baringer for 3 years with a focus on Master Cutting and natural hair color techniques. With previous experience from Atlanta’s top salons, Lillie is already an amazing hair designer and is known for her braids and blowouts. In her free time, Lillie is a hardcore foodie and lover of fine cuisine.

Tori is Hologram’s newest apprentice, who is obtaining her Master’s Cosmetologist license by shadowing under Melanie. Her journey began after her studies at UGA, where she majored in Psychology, but her passion for hair led her to this exciting career. When Tori is not at the salon, you can find her enjoying time with her furry companion, Tugboat! She is eager to absorb all the knowledge and expertise the talented stylists at Hologram Salon have to offer as she embarks on this exciting journey in the world of hair!
